“What are the additional services/options listed on your proposal?”

In the past, we have had some associations hire us to prepare a “punch list” of items to repair prior to being turned over. We have not done one of these reports in over 10 years, but that would be an example of “additional consultation”.  Other examples include preparing a “supplemental analysis” where the Board or client wants us to prepare an analysis based on their theories and philosophies that lie outside our comfort zone when it comes to our recommendation. Those would be the two main examples I can think of at this point, but the majority of our clients hire us for the Reserve Study and that is it. The reason for including that is if a client has further requests that lie outside the scope of work presented, it is possible we can put something together for you.
